I am a physical education teacher and  track and cross country coach in the Kennewick school district.  I earned my Physical Education degree from Eastern Washington University.  I’ve been married to my high school sweetheart for 35 years and have 3 adult children and one new grandbaby.  I have been a trainer at Club 24 for about 3 years.  Around 4 years ago I was doing a fun run and won a 1 month membership to Club 24.   The group training sessions really helped to round out my fitness program by improving my core strength and flexibility. The training also helped me to work through and rehabilitate a serious shoulder injury.  I’m now able to do things I wasn’t sure I would ever be able to do again.   I really appreciate how good I feel when I’m working out and staying in shape.  With all that Club 24 has to offer, it’s a great place for me to stay fit!  I’ve enjoyed working out in classes with the members and also teaching sessions.  It’s been a lot of fun to work with the club members and see their improvements in strength, form, and confidence.
