I graduated from Hanford high school in Richland WA. I played college softball at Colorado Mesa University and moved back home and I received my bachelors in Exercise Science Specializing in Clinical Physiology from Central Washington University in June of 2014. My passion for exercise derived from all the training I endured throughout the years from Athletics in high school all the way to the collegiate level. On my off time I am an assistant coach to the 18U Menace Northwest College exposure Softball team and do power lifting. I have a deep passion for helping others young and old learn to safely workout and improve themselves every day through nutrition and exercise. I believe that everyone is an athlete in their own way and has the potential to be great.
