Shawn has a B.A. in Health and Fitness Management from Concordia University in Portland Oregon. He has been involved in personal training as well as fitness director/fitness club management for the last 7 years. Shawn has been certified through AFAA, NASM CPT, NASM SPT and TRX and has worked with client goals ranging from general weight loss to sports performance training. He has competed in bodybuilding as well as powerlifting competitions and was a 4 year collegiate baseball athlete while attending Concordia University.!
