Tyler’s goal as a personal trainer is to build self confidence with in his clients and others with in the gym as well as provide and educational experience to all clients he works with and help to provide a lifestyle change.
Tyler has a B.S in Physical Activity and Health with a concentration on Exercise Science. He has been working as a personal trainer for the last 3 years and is First Aid/CPR/AED certified. Tyler also competed for 3 years as a collegiate sprinter. !
