Team Training

Just show up, and we’ll show you what to do. Team training is a killer, full body workout that will tone muscle and shred pounds. Get personalized attention from a trainer in a fun, motivational, and energetic group environment. Because these training sessions are led by personal trainers, all levels of fitness, from novices to advanced trainees, can be challenged. You’ll get serious results working with a personal trainer while experiencing the benefits and cost savings of working out in a group.

During these sessions you’ll establish proper movement and build more advanced levels of fitness. By combining strength training and aerobic fitness in one session, you’ll increase your strength while improving cardio endurance.


Small Group Training

Looking for a little more attention? In the Small Group training, you’ll bring together 2-4 of your friends and family to train together. In this personalized setting, you will be exposed to in-depth instruction while focusing on your specific goals. It’s just as good as private personal training at a fraction of the cost with the added motivation of your workout partners.


Private Training

With Private Training, we will place you in the proper level of training for your goals and concerns. In this personalized setting, you will meet with one of our trainers and benefit from in-depth instruction, while focusing on your specific goals.


Melt Weight Loss (Nutrition + Training)

Ready to lose weight? We’ll show you how. Melt Weight Loss Training combines your diet and eating with proper exercise to propel you into your weight loss goals. Working with a personal trainer will keep you accountable, motivated and on track. This program takes the guesswork out of losing weight, getting in shape, and reaching your goals. Just show up and we’ll show you what to do.


Program Design

Want customized workouts based on your goals while being able to train whenever your want? With Program Design, a trainer will build you 3 workouts each month based on your goals and interests. Each month you’ll have a one-on-one session with your trainer to review how the program is going and receive your new program. In the meantime, you’ll hit the gym at the time that is most convenient for you armed with a killer workout designed to reach your goals.


Golden Fit (for members 60+)

Weekly training sessions individualized to your fitness needs. Our Golden Fit Trainer, Rick Regan, began coaching in 1964. Since that time he has trained high school, college and professional athletes. He has also trained special operations personnel for both military and law enforcement agencies. Rick is an expert in senior health and fitness as well as post rehabilitation.
